INT'L - USPS First-Class International & USPS Priority Mail International

All shipments include tracking, if you don't receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation the email you entered when purchasing may be incorrect!

Ordering Limited Edition Digital Prints:
Most digital prints are made per order on archival, Epson Ultra Premium Presentation Matte paper with archival inks, each prints will made per order and shipped in a rigid cardboard tube or rigid flat mailer. Due to the print-on-demand nature, it can take anywhere from 5-7 days to fulfill orders. For national orders, you can expect your purchased print(s) within 10 days of purchase, while international shipping will vary.

In many of our shows participating artists may also ship their own print editions to the gallery. In those cases paper type, print method, techniques, and wrappings may vary.

Purchasing Originals:
If you purchase an original artwork from the exhibition, it will be carefully packaged and shipped after the closing of the exhibition. You will be notified when your package has shipped. We send all originals with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation.

Purchasing Artist Products:
Due to the vastly varying nature of the products offered in our shop, each package is a bit different. For most flat paper works, we ship each item wrapped in a poly bag and backed with chipboard for rigidity. For most objects, we ship each item wrapped in foam or other padding to ensure the item arrives in good shape.

We are a small team and thus are usually able to fill orders on Wednesdays and Fridays. As soon as your package has been filled, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number. There may be a short processing period between packaging and shipping. We are not responsible for stolen, damaged, or unclaimed packages.
